Then earn reviews steadily — a polite ask after every happy job beats a once-a-year campaign.
2. Match pages to searches
One page per service, named the way customers search — not the way your industry talks internally. Each page needs a clear headline, the locality mentioned naturally, proof such as reviews or work samples, and an obvious way to contact you. A single “Services” page hiding everything is the most common local SEO mistake we see.
3. Fix the technical basics
- Speed — your site should load fast on a mid-range phone on mobile data.
- Mobile layout — most local searches happen on phones; test on one.
- Titles and descriptions — every page unique, written for the searcher.
- Consistent details — same name, address and phone everywhere online.
4. Publish answers, not announcements
